HSBC Auto Finance - What customer service?
The most horrific company I have ever dealt with.HSBC should be shut down.
It's easier to talk to a wall. No customer empathy. Might as well be dealing with robots. They say one thing over the phone and do another.
Nobody seems to have any authority, personal opinion or personality. I hope they go out of business soon. If you are considering doing any type of business with them...don't!!
I would take a free glass of cold water from them if I were in the desert.Be certain they would figure a way to bill you later.
